Customer Service Contacts

Our sales and customer service department can be reached through our toll-free customer service telephone number:  (800) 477-8931.

New customers should speak with the sales and customer service department prior to submitting their first purchase order as they can help familiarize you with our various product lines and assist in setting up a new account with our company.  Sales will need to discuss options including credit establishment, order minimums, order shipment methods, pricing, and order placement to delivery lead time minimums.

Existing customers needing assistance either placing a new order or revising an existing order should ask for customer service.  New or revised purchase order requests should be faxed to customer service's attention at (864) 250-0365.  Please note that pursuant to FCC regulations, we do not accept unsolicited fax communications at this fax number.

Driving Directions

If you are a carrier and need directions, please note that we now have a separate primary freezer warehousing facility located nearby but now off of our main manufacturing property.  If you are unsure at which facility you need to load or unload, you can confirm the location with our Shipping and Receiving Manager at (864) 505-6096.  Shipping and Receiving can confirm the correct shipping/delivery warehouse, give you directions, and most importantly, setup a dock time in order to minimize loading and unloading delays.

If you already know at which facility you need to load or unload, below are the facility directions.

Augusta Street Manufacturing Facility

While the building faces Augusta Street, our loading docks are located off of Augusta on the side street named Dunbar Street which provides access the rear of the plant.

North/South

    • Get off of I-85 at Exit 42 which is I-185/Highway 29.  Go North on I-185 towards Greenville (south is the Southern Connector Toll Road and a Toll fee will only be required when going south.)
    • After approximately 3 miles, I-185 will end and become a 4-lane highway called Mills Avenue.
    • At the 3rd traffic light on Mills Ave, turn LEFT onto Augusta Street (Taco Bell and Kentucky Fried Chicken will be on opposite corners.)
    • At the next traffic light turn LEFT onto Dunbar Street.
    • The rear entrance to the plant is approximately 100 yards on the RIGHT.  (Note:  If you cross the railroad tracks—you’ve gone too far!)

Florida Avenue Primary Freezer Distribution Facility

North/South

    • Get off of I-85 at Exit 42 which is I-185/Highway 29.  Go NORTH on I-185 towards Greenville (Note:  South is the Southern Connector Toll Road and a toll fee will be required if going south from I-85.)
    • After approximately 3 miles, I-185 will end and become a 4-lane highway called Mills Avenue.  At the first traffic light, where I-185 becomes Mills, turn LEFT.
    • Go 1 block and turn LEFT at the stop sign onto Marue St.
    • Go 3 or 4 blocks and continue STRAIGHT at the stop sign.
    • At the traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Washington Avenue.
    • Stay on Washington for approximately 0.8 mile, continuing STRAIGHT at the traffic light.
    • Soon after the traffic light, you will cross a set of railroad tracks and the road will immediately make a sharp bend to the left.  Florida Avenue is the first road after the curve.
    • Turn LEFT onto Florida Avenue.  Our facility is on the RIGHT, over the rise.  It is a large blue metal building with "600" in large letters over the main door.

Delivery/Pick-Up Appointments

Both facilities require shipping and receiving dock appointments in order to facilitate efficient scheduling of all arriving carriers.  Carriers who do not have dock appointments may be required to wait until an open dock is available and all carriers with appointments, who will have priority to dock access, have been serviced as is usually the case under first-come first-serve protocol.  Under first-come first-serve, no detention charges will be honored since we are an appointment-required facility.

Should you need clarification or a delivery appointment, please contact our Shipping and Receiving Manager directly at (864) 505-6096.  He can provide you with directions and setup your pickup and delivery appointments while advising you on the proper temperature settings for your refrigeration unit in order to maintain proper product storage temperature.  Please note that this number is a cell phone.  If the S&R Manager is in our freezer, you will get his voicemail as the metal freezer walls shield cellular radio signals.  Leave him a message and he will call you back when he comes out of the freezer and regains cellular signal (usually within 30 minutes or so).
